You take one capsule twice a day, or up to 5 times a day, so anywhere between 2 and 5 capsules a day. They are roundish and small, so easy to swallow and I find them tasteless and odourless but I don't have the best sense of smell. I take one with breakfast and one with my evening meal.I like oregano as it is a strong antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal, so it covers all the bases during the winter flu season, I even read once that it can clean a septic tank. I never get a cold sore when I'm taking oregano, so it's worth it just for that, I think. I tend not to take them during the summer, but as soon as the autumn chill starts then I start taking them again for the boost to my weakened immune system. They won't stop you getting colds and flu altogether if you have a weakened immune system, but they will help you to recover more quickly and not to suffer as much. They're not cheap, but I think they're worth it.
