No diría que es un cuchillo de alta gama por el costo, pero pagar casi 150 dlls por un cuchillo de calidad walmart si da coraje, este cuchillo es la peor de mis compras a través de amazon, una total estafa, hacero qué parece de papel, un cuchillo liviano, falta total de calidad, como digo parece cuchillo de $300 pesos de walmart, esperaba más. Voy a hacer la devolución, lamentablemente ahora esperar 15 a 30 días para que me reembolsen. Tengan cuidado.

Great knife
It’s bolster to handle is not exactly flush but I don’t think the average home cook would notice. It is a single bevel knife and it is carbon steel so it will show wear with acidic foods. I’m an executive chef and it can get me through about 2-3 days of intense cutting prepping and abuse before it needs anything done to the edge.
