I haven't worn this outside yet, but these are my initial thoughts after trying it on. Thought I'd share because I had some difficulty deciding what size to buy.I'm 5'10, 225 lbs, 34 waist and muscular. I bought the XL and it is fully, a very snug, rashguard type of fit. I don't have a ton of belly, but it shows everything I have. I could wear this for BJJ if I needed to, but a 2XL would probably be a better fit. If I were a bit leaner, the XL would work.I wear Large in Nike polos, and XL for looser fits in t-shirts like Next Level and Canvas.Hope that helps someone.

Great shirt (rash guard) for swimming and hanging out by the pool or beach. Fits snug as it's supposed to as a shirt to wear in the water.
