If you are getting blisters (with any latex free tapes)-- its likely because you put tension at the start or end. Make sure you place the tension/stretch at the middle of the tape only or it will pull your skin and you'll get blisters or skin sores, etc. Tape seems similar to name brand Kinesiotape.

Q: How long will one application last?

I’m not having much luck past 1.5 days. Using it for Achilles Tendonitis and PF and find that the ends where one end overlaps the other starts to peel away. I also find that even rounded edges it is still peeling/lifting at the top of my calf. That being said it does work but ordering 2 other brands to see if the same thing happens. Kinda pricey to have to reapply so quickly.

Wrap around heels, on sides of feet and finish on top. It works for me for painful heel spurs. Found a video online to show how to use.
