Update: Thanks so much Jason for doing the research work! This is a nice price for organic LDME. I might end up buying only this for future starter cultures and OG-bolstering.With this stuff I made my first homebrew, and probably my best all-extract brew.However, I wish I knew more about where the malt came from. It says "organic" but I've not been able to find out what kind of organic certifications it has or where the grain is grown (although it was easy to find this piece of information: that it was manufactured in Wisconsin). I'd give it 5 if there were more metadata available. Maybe that's because I'm too much of a purist.This is otherwise a solid option for a quality ingredient.

Decent quality
Decent quality but I end up with precipitation after dissolving into solution. Not a huge fan of the precipitation but works great otherwise.
