Very good and easy to use
Ordered for my daughters flat foot issue and the best part is its easy to fix inside the shoe and the material is very good and dont give bad smell .

Disappointing
2 days review: the first time I tried it the right one fit alright but the left felt small. It felt like I was stepping on something, and it wasn't comfortable. I decided to try it for longer hoping that I will get used to it. The 2nd day and after wearing it for few hours both my feet started to hurt, bear in mind that my job is pretty much a desk job with minimal walking. I would return it if I had the chance but I already cut it to fit inside my shoes.

Good arch support.
I develop calcium deposit right above my arch so doctor asked to me wear good arch support. I ordered it for this purpose and to be very honest it’s giving me relief while walking. This is good one.

Insole is very soft and does not meet the purpose for Flat Feet. Arch is very high for normal use
