Money saving pain reliever.
I can't tell you enough how muck I love these. First off two sizes for the orange ball. I have a bad lower back. These balls are so good at massaging out muscle lumps. They help crack the spine too. They are firmer than a tennis ball which is great. Nice Cary bag to bring to work for when your back needs relief. I roll on it every lunch and break. The blue foot ball is so good on sore feet. Relieves my tiered sore feet quickly. Tickles too. Great buy too. 3 balls plus a very bad. Can't beat the price for what it does saves me money so I don't have to go to the chiropractor.

I LOVE THESE!
This massage therapy ball set turned out to be even better than I thought it would be. I was attracted toward this set because it came with both the smooth massagers and a spiky massager. The set happened to arrive right after I started back to swimming again. I do physical therapy for some medical issues, but I’d had a particularly active week with PT, my usual activity, and then starting up swimming again on top of all of that. My entire body hurt. Like every single muscle was aching. My PT worked on some of it, but she can really only do so much, so I decided to try to go at some of the pain with these little massagers. Now, I’m no stranger to massage tools. I have one of those at home massage chairs (not one of the big professional chairs, it’s just a cushion you put over a recliner, but it’s still very nice). I also have a plug in massager for my feet, one that goes around my neck, and also a couple that can be used on shoulders and back. Then I have a number of assorted massagers that don’t use electricity and have to be operated manually. Those are the massagers that, quite honestly, I’ve found never work all that well and are a waste of money (so then I should be asking myself why I keep spending money on them, but really, that right there is a great example of what a person in pain is willing to keep doing to try to alleviate their pain!)BUT! These massagers are probably some of the best I’ve found that really work to alleviate pain. They are portable, versatile, and do the job! I even used them to roll out the pain on the side of my hands. The kit includes the two smooth massagers and the one spiky massager, plus the bags to hold them and a booklet with instructions on how to use. I’m pretty much old hat on trigger point massage at this point so I haven’t read through the booklet yet, but I carry it with the kit, which I now just throw in my gym bag and take with me. The on the go portability is one of the best things about this kit too. The other manual massager I have that I really love is a yoga massager, but it’s BIG. These massagers are little, but they WORK, and you can take them everywhere! So basically, you can have them right there anytime you have pain! Plus, they’re an amazing value for the money. I love these and definitely recommend you give them a try if you have pain from sports, or from sitting a lot at work, or even chronic pain and you need to have a massager on hand. These are wonderful massagers.

Mesh bag is too large to make a peanut
Great quality. The spiky ball is a great addition to the set. The only complaint I have is that the mesh bag is much too big to make a “peanut” and that was the primary reason I selected this product over others. The mesh bag is large enough for all three balls and will not cinch tight enough on the two lacrosse balls to make a “peanut”.

Great Stuff!
Very happy with the balls - using it for massage for the foot - really works - and we love the bags for storage - so neat!!

Good product
This product is great for massaging those aching muscles and relieving tension. I love how the blue ball is spikey and creates smaller pressure points that can get deeper into the muscles. I use it primarily on my feet, but it is also good to use on the back. I love using the two Lacross balls on my shoulders and back though. They create nice pressure that can penetrate into my muscles without all the straining. My roommate appreciates this as it saves her thumbs when I ask for help.

Works as advertised with the added benefit of being very satisfying to bounce around.
I love my set. I use it every day and I keep one on my desk.

Great deal!
Great set for a great price. I took a lacrosse ball to the office so I can use it there and the other two stay at home. Love the fact that now I can undo my back knots after my work outs way before the get tighter. Used the balls on our feet, my wife and I, and loved it, super relaxing and felt very nice. My wife loves the lacrosse ball as well as she tends to have a tight back and now can use it to work those knots, happy wife, happy life!

I got these after my chiropractor recommended them to me
I got these after my chiropractor recommended them to me. They are much cheaper than the ones she sells in her office! My only complaint is that the bag is supposed to be able to use 2 balls together as a peanut shape but it is entirely too big for that. The balls would not stay in place. I ended up putting two balls in an old knee high sock and tinny off both ends. It's perfect now! The balls themselves are exactly as they should be!
