Just what I wanted, in excellent condition. Transferred SIM card, quick activation.

This phone is the best, I absolutely love it. It does so much more than expected. It's very easy to use, clear pictures, quick downloading. I can go on about the many things it does and the price was unbelievable. This is the 3rd or 4th phone I purchased from them. They all still work, I just updated them. It charges quicker then i imagined and they have several colors, all pretty. Also has protection from scratchs and locks from strangers to helo keep your information safe. It's sad because this is the last note they made and they really did a good job with all the notes especially the note 10!

This seller sent me a defective Note 20 that has a weird screen glitch like it wasn't properly assembled when refurbished. I requested a replacement to be sent and they sent me ANOTHER defective phone with a screen glitch. The original glitch is manageable as it only happens occasionally but the glitch on the second phone is every time you lock the screen it turns green and flickers. I requested a second replacement and they say they don't have any in stock and to return the phone for a refund. I need a phone, so now I'm just stuck with the original defective phone and out 250 bucks. DO NOT buy from this seller, they clearly don't know how to properly fix a phone. In all my years of getting phone screens fixed or ordering refurbished phones from other sources I have never had this issue anywhere else or anything like it. These people do not know how to fix a phone and shouldn't be in the business of fixing and selling broken phones.

Bought 2 of these from seller MobileCart over 3 months ago. I was able to do updates including security updates through October 1, 2023. I think they continue security updates for some time, but 3 years since 2020 release might have just gone by. I am using them on ATT. One had the stylus missing, and at the very end of the 3 months, I discovered it, and contacted seller through Amazon. Seller was very fast responding. I was able to order a stylus with bluetooth, which can be used as a remote for the camera, and the other stylus functions, on Amazon for $20.The charger that came with these were not the Samsung chargers, and would not fast charge, and at the last minute at the end of the return date, I requested to return these, and seller approved both returns immediately - great seller, but I had a couple of Samsung chargers of my own, and they work, so I cancelled the returns. I had spent too much time searching for a replacement for my Note 4's, and customizing this new model, and they were so like new, that I had to keep them.These DO NOT have curved display which is only true of this particular model of the Note 20, so there is no edge alert, but I bought them because I don't like curved displays anyway. These have a fairly new chip, so they can get channels that my Note 4 can't so they get better coverage, also.These were what I needed, and I'm glad I got them! Good Luck!

I was surprised that the phone appeared brand new I had expected a few miner flaws but, there were none! The only thing that indicated that the was not new was the packaging. It is exactly how they described it. It arrived super fast. It was well wrapped and it had the charging block, cord and stylus pen.

Hands down great bye I love this phone, it did have a scratch on the screen when it came but it did state that it was a refurbished so I kind of expected there to be a scratch or two here and there but that was the only thing was a little scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable at all with the screen protector I bought you cannot even see it. But I will say do your research I see a lot of people saying oh this didn't match with my phone provider make sure you go to Google and type in this phone and your phone provider and what SIM or model number they work with that's how I was able to figure it out because I honestly had a different phone in my cart I was about to buy until I done the research and figured out hey that will not work with my phone carrier and I found this one which worked great I took my old phone in in this phone and they had the SIM card in this note 20 in less than 5 minutes it's a great phone if you need a new phone and one pretty phone I say buy it but like I said do your research I'm with Cricket it works with Cricket I can say that on the box it said it came from Metro customer service so I'm guessing it might work with them too but I would do the research before doing it.
