Good at first, then it's all loose.
It was well tight and good comfortable at first. After one week, its loose as hell coz patch up sheet easily gets loosen.

Great support without the constricting feeling
The belt is very comfortable. It has helped me with lower back pain relief. It is not constricting like most belts i've tried. I have been dealing with back pain for about 8 years now, this product bought me some much needed relief. Also the textured inside helps to not let the belt slip down or push up when i move, and the tightness can be adjusted which is good for days i feel bloated on.Also the products has a kind of compression that helps during exercising alot. Helps keep the abdominal muscles tight too.The comfort is 9/10Usefulness 10/10Looks 7.5/10
