Excellent value for money, sturdy and trays fit perfectly. I do line the trays with cage liner mats which will also help with retaining heat in winter, less damage to tray and are easier to clean. I was a little wary when reading some of the lesser star reviews so the only way to find out was to try and test.This hutch is brilliant and looks good too. Very good value for money, raincover fits well albeit not completely to the floor so my intention is to use cage guards for the winter months with insulated cover too. The courier service was spot on, a very friendly and pleasant driver who was also respectful to premises and even helped lift the package over the step for me. Customer Service was fast and efficient. All in all, excellent customer service and product. 5* seller, highly recommended.

I think if you pay this price for a hutch and run you have to have expectations. I did not expect a solid timber frame. I didn’t expect it ready made. I expected a robust but lightweight self assembly hutch that was waterproof, roomy and fit for purpose and I was not disappointed. Easy to assemble and sturdy enough.However it’s not suitable for rabbits. Perfect for a couple of guinea pigs though, although the ramp is way too steep.So essentially, if you want this for Guinea pigs and you’re happy to pop the ramp on a box or block to make the ramp less steep with a step down then this is amazing value and quality. I’m delighted.

I orded this item with prime delivery needing needing something in a hurry for new babies and mum to be housed. It was due on the Sunday then delayed until the Monday. When I unpacked it there is lots of areas that are split or damaged. Its made from really soft wood. I had no option but to build it and live with the damage as I needed it urgently hadn't time to return and wait for a refund or replacement.I opted for the version with the cover. The cover is a terrible fit as not enough material is allowed between the differt roof heights son on the run it is too short.I've included pictures of the damage.If you want something sturdy that's gonna last then this isn't the hutch for you.It was however really simple to put together except for the bar on the floor in the run which is a tight fit and splits if you push it in againt the mesh. It was packaged well so damage didn't happen in transit.

Hutch is brilliant. Cover is a little tight. The item arrived damaged which I think was more due to the courier. Didn't affect use and was able to use some of my own screws to put it back together again. Overall highly recommend this hutch

When I first found and bought this I was happy it was bigger than my rabbits previous hutch and seemed like it would be great. I've had it now for 3 months and I've had several issues with it already. The bottom trays are made of a material that is not thick or sturdy enough and very quickly start to dip and come loose so you have to repair and reinforce them. Because of the dipping bedding and hay started to drop out and I had to take extra measures to clean up, reinforce it and make it secure and weatherproof. Considering it was bought brand new and the price I would say it is not worth it.

Better options out there. Pay a bit more and get something you know will last.
