I love this product, the taste is fantastic and is a great substitute for coffee for those days you want a change of pace. I love the rich, smooth, slightly sweet flavor. It's definitely become one of my go-to drinks when I want something different.One thing to note is these are not tea bags, rather these are concentrated liquid packs despite the description indicating otherwise, "...open the pouch, remove the tea bag, steep in hot water..."I find that diluting them with water creates the perfect balance of flavor, as they can be quite sweet on their own. This tea is truly unique and not what you might expect. The delicious flavor makes it a winner, and any potential health benefits are an added bonus!

Only go-to for when I’m feeling under the weather, have a long travel day, or long work day ahead. Tastes good and I prefer to heat it up before drinking. Only downside is I prefer them in the original glass bottles but these pinches are easier to carry around.

I didn't care for the taste as first. After trying it out when I came down with a cold and feeling very sick, my cold subsided 50% the next day I woke up. Tried again the second day, giving 24 hours, waking up the next day the cold was gone !!!! One thing to keep in mind is taking one pouch a day in the morning only, since it boosts energy which disturb sleeping.I ended order more to always have in hand in case the family gets sick.

My box looked like it had been ripped open, not very comforting. Not real pleased about it

The package was open with 10 packets in it. Though it was a prime shipment, but cannot return it as the item is not legible for return. My bad for not reading the instructions and detail. Also, the tea is in liquid form. I was expecting it to be a herbal tea powder

I was working 19 hour days and this really helped get me thru the 110 hours I worked during 1 week. Yes I was still tired but this kept my brain clear and helped to sustain me. I just drank 1 each morning. A rooty flavor but helped my stamina.
