Hi im normally size s but ordered for size xxs and it fits perfectly without the extender. Normally you find your exact size then size down, but if you want to use it for long period i will recommend you go 2 size down and dont worry as it comes with the extender that can help in case its too tight. I got the smallest one xxxs it has removable part so can adjust if necessary

I tried measuring my height which is from under my bra to the top of my butt as the waist trainer is 11.6 inches in height at the back but in truth it's trial and error. It's dependent on the length of your torso and the size of the top area of your hips as some of the waist trainers I have bought in the past fold up at the back because of my hips

Q: What is the difference between 9 bones and 25 bones?

The 9 bones waist trainer it doesn’t do much to loose your belly. The 25 bones is the best, I have been wearing it for 1 month every day for 8 hours and on the end of the month, I did saw a big difference In my belly. I did loose inches on my belly. I can say that is too tight the 25 bones one is not stretching or anything but you have to get used to it.
