I know it's nice to have a collapsible umbrella but this one is thin enough to keep anywhere. I love the extra colors, the size & the carrying bag that I can sling over my shoulder, leaving my hands free. The price is really good & enjoy a good walk on a rainy day with cheerful colors over me ;-)

Bought this fun umbrella for a specific photo shoot where I was targeting rich and vibrant colors. Highly recommend if you like fun colors for a rainy day!

Super nice umbrella. Especially love it for theme park visits. Great for shade and you will never get lost in the crowd.

I purchased this for my daughter who identifies as part of and supports LGTBQ+ people. She really wanted a rainbow umbrella. This does not fold down compact. It's almost five feet tall and does not collapse. That said, it has at least twice as many supports in the canopy of the umbrella as any other I could examine. I found other rainbow umbrellas at less cost but they clearly were not as well made. We have serious wind gusts here in the Portland area and I also wanted something which would stand up to those for her. This won't leave room for her friends to walk next to her umbrella on a standard sidewalk but they can stand under it with her and comfortably walk together. It's wide enough to cover two people comfortably, three if not moving fast or at all and standing very close together. She's had no issues with the umbrella trying to take flight or invert in the wind gusts as the collapsing umbrellas always do. She took an extra step, at my recommendation, to spray the topside of the umbrella fabric with shoe water repellant to make doubly sure she stayed dry. We also have brief, heavy rainfalls where the streets flood temporarily...not typical rainfall so an extra layer of protection was a good thing. I definitely recommend this umbrella in this or whatever hue you prefer. It's very well made and in a pinch can double as a defense weapon possibly. Unlike most umbrellas today, this one curves straight down, ending about the waist area, rather than ending out at a declining angle making slanted rainfall pelt away at your as if you had no umbrella at all. As I said, this is a well-made umbrella.

I ordered this item twice. The first time, I received the manual umbrella by mistake and the seller was quick to make a return for the difference in cost. Unfortunately, I discovered a small tear in the fabric. I returned the first order, and took a chance and ordered a second. This time I received the fully automatic umbrella. Both are of excellent quality, but the fully automatic umbrella has metal ribbing, while the manual seemed to be plastic. So far, everything works great and the umbrella is beautiful. If any tears appear, I'll update my review.

I really love the color and size of this umbrella. The full spectrum panels look great with the sun shining through them, and it's as wide as you want a hand-held umbrella to be. The durability is a bit of a mixed bag, however. The top half of the umbrella is tough enough to hold up to some very strong winds and heavy rainfall without so much as a flex. You pay for this with a little more weight than is ideal, but it's still very easy to carry. The lower half of the umbrella, however, has proven less robust. The wrist strap is barely attached, and I accidentally pulled it off within a week or so. The handle also has a thin coating which first bubbled, and then began to slough off in big flaps. That being said, the material under the coating is still a perfectly fine handle, so this was more of a curious annoyance than anything else. All in all, if you're looking for a great looking rainbow umbrella that will hold up to some punishment, you could do much worse.

Bought this umbrella for myself; I am a fan of long-handled stick umbrellas, and I like the traditional parasol appearance. With its straight handled grip and 24 ribs, this umbrella is very sturdy and has the traditional parasol look. Each panel is sewn from a different colored nylon. I purchased the non-automatic umbrella, and pushing down on the lock mechanism is a little awkward. Not recommended for someone with arthritis or dexterity issues. The umbrella is large enough to shelter two people, but not so big as to be awkward for one person. It comes with a sheath with a shoulder strap, which is very useful for carrying it. I am always getting compliments on the beauty of my umbrella, too!
