Came highly recommended by my IT Technician
Needed to replace my work laptop. I work from home on BIG DATAsets. This Thinkpad came highly recommended from my IT support group. Only took 1 day for delivery and was easy to set up. No more crashes. An extra bonus, it's ALOT lighter than my former laptop so packing for travel will be a breeze.

Not LTE capable
This specific model does not have LTE connectivity, if that is what you are after, I recommend not to purchase this model. it seems like there are variations of the T14 that may come with it but at least the one advertised here does not come with the SIM card slot.

Product review
This laptop replaced my previous Dell Latitude 7000. Everything about it is much better. Beautiful slim design and peak performance. Pros1. 2 x thunderbolt 4 ports, support multiple monitors and data transfer, power delivery more convenient.Easy connect to docking stations.Works with my 4k monitor.2. The 50Wh battery impressed with more than 10 hours of life in PCMark 10's Modern Office rundown test. The battery charges very fast, getting back to 100% in just an hour and a half.3. Extremely light, it only weighs about 3lbs. Very thin, easy to carry, and fit into my small backpack. 4. Surprised by the smooth Lenovo mousepad. Much easier to use than other Dell and HP laptops I had before. I can easily do daily work without an external mouse.5. Durable design, great keyboard and speakers, bright display.ConsSo far so good. I will update here if I find anything.

Laptop works great, but advertised warranty appears to be non-existent!
Love the laptop, but there was no information about the advertised 3-year warranty that comes with this purchase. The Product Warranty Link Amazon shows states to contact the seller directly, Issaquah Highlands Tech, which I did - both through the information provided by Amazon and through the seller's site. NO RESPONSE. I've tried since May on multiple occasions... NO REPLY. I'm happy with the laptop, but disappointed about the lack of warranty info - which was why I purchased this one. Would have been a 5 star review, but docking to 3 stars for lack of warranty info and lack of customer service by the seller to provide that info.

Underpowered
The computer is underpowered for a permanent laptop. It has substantial problems with heat management and can not run intensive applications for an extended period even when plugged in (the battery drains faster than it can charge when running intensive applications).

Not exactly as advertised
Nice laptop. Good size, overall pleased. The 1 negative, i tried to post in the questions to clarify it but it keeps disappearing, one of the key features i wanted was the 14 hour battery life. That's not what i've found.I have the battery fully charged, battery saver setting in max savings and the laptop shows 4 hours remaining. How is this laptop suppose to be configured to get 14 hours of battery life? At best it looks like 6-7 hours.--UPDATE2024-03-29- At best, fully charged, 3.5 hours. That's pretty good compared to laptops 20 years ago. I probably would have still bought this if it advertised 3.5 hours. The false advertising just needs to be pointed out so others actually needing long battery life aren't wasting their time on this laptop that clearly doesn't do what's advertised.

Warranty not as advertised
This item NEW Lenovo T14s was advertised with a 3 year warranty included. This was not accurate, upon receipt, checking the serial number with Lenovo, the warranty was only one year and almost expired.

Good quality
I needed to get a new computer, and our IT guy at work gave me a long list of things that my new laptop should have. This one not only hit all the needs, but also the price I was hoping to stay under. So far it has been great! Light weight, great screen resolution, memory has been more than sufficient, easy and fast start up, and in spite of its compact size I am able to use they keyboard easily and I have longer fingers than the average person.
