I bought a white pair and ordered a size 10. I received them size 10/42. All good. Then ordered a black pair in size 10 for my daughter. Received a 41/ 9/12. Reordered black side 10. Received a 41 now sticker said 10. What do I need to do to get a size 10/42?

Weird fit and not comfortable at all

I'm a 9-1/2. Ordered a 10 and my big toe reached the tip. Not much padding in these babies. I'm 64 and the natural padding (fat) on my soles is diminishing. These shoes have no arch support. While wearing them on a concrete floor, I began getting shooting pains in my arches. No padding in the toe/ball area either. I have a bad lower back and I'm returning these because I need padding and support. They are cute, though!
