Functional socket for extension leads
Not the most amazing internal construction, but seems up to specification, and perfectly functional for indoor use.

Very happy with it.
A kitchen appliance came with a flex that was simply too short, so an extension was needed. This was just the job - it had a hole at the end to take the incoming cable, and three screwed terminals inside to take the earth, neutral and live wires. Perfect!

A great value black 13 amp mains socket for many power extension uses.
This Black 13 amp mains extension socket is perfect and so easy to install the mains cable.I have used this, with a mains cable and plug, to allow me to run an extension in the living room to allow a table lamp next to were the wife sits. Thank you, this is a great product and excellent price too.

Extension socket
Body of socket appears to be solid , the screw threads are fine but inserting the wiring to the terminals which are not fixed to the body is a bit tricky but got there is the end. Please note that there is no on/off switch for the socket.

The plastic of the casing feels slightly cheap, but the socket does what it is supposed to do.
