BLESSUME Victorian Retro Mesh Neck Ruff Ruffle Collar Layered Clown Neck Collar

Took it out of the vacuum-sealed package and carefully peeled the layers apart from each other and it fluffed up quite nicely. The speckled silver and gold flecks have a lovely, high quality sheen that are very pretty. The fabric itself wasn’t itchy to me - it has a light, gauze-like texture, but it may bother some depending on your sensitivity/preference. I didn’t mind it so I tied it quite close to my neck/face, but I’d imagine one could tie the ribbon so it doesn’t touch. There’s ample room in the length of the ribbon to tie a bow (I had plenty of ribbon left but I’m on the long/thin side, so I can’t vouch for other sizes). Overall very happy with the quality! As others have mentioned, it adds the perfect amount of whimsy to a costume or as a fashion piece and is very versatile. I plan to take care and use it for years to come. Very pleased! :-)

I love this collar so much omg! Got it for a pierrot/clown costume (ft. me trying to eat pizza in full costume) and it’s super cute, fits comfortably and is pretty adjustable, with great puff and super fitting the clown aesthetic I was hoping for!

Kind of itchy but cute and fluffy

Just received for my daughter's Halloween costume. Very nice...kinda smelled like plastic from being vacuum sealed for shipping, but I quickly handwashed and it dried fast and now smells great.

Worked great for my Halloween costume. It was a little scratchy but I liked how much it stuck out. I attached a picture before the whole costume, hair and make up was done.

This ruff worked beautifully as a piece of a glam clown outfit! Hope to find a way to reuse it in the future too!
