Works fine
My son needed these for his swimming club. Works fine, no complaints.They do come with the green paddles and the black straps separate.Setting these up when they first arrived was a bit tricky for me as I’ve never seen these things in real life before and didn’t know how to attach the straps onto the paddle. Watching some YouTube videos solved the issue and I was then able to do it for my son.

These are great!
Slightly different than when I was a young swimmer. They work fine but it would be nice to include instructions for the new method of inserting the tubes!

Excellent for hand entry
I love these! They make you focus on your hand entry and pulling water immediately. I've used these for a couple weeks and already see big improvements with a more balanced stroke and power generation. Recommended to many swim friends already

Arena Small Finger Paddles
Arena Small finger paddles for my 9 year old .. they fit fairly well .. a little fiddley to get the straps on in the first place .. good training tool for kids.
