Very easy to use. Has two different positions. You can really feel the stretch. With the stretching, I can even get my neck to pop. Relieves neck pain. I use in the morning and before I go to sleep.

Works well for them price. It’s not what I expected, but helps with relieving pressure in the neck and shoulders

While it is a bit uncomfortable at first, this neck stretcher seems ri be really helping the issues with my neck that can often cause headaches. I have used it daily for over a week and I am no longer requiring headache medicine.

The neck stretch is AMAZING
I am on the computer all day and my neck is just so tight ALL THE TIME. This little device is a dream. It really helps to stretch out my overly tight neck and traps. Also, sometimes if I have a tension headache I lay on this and don't need any medicine anymore. I still have a long way to go but after using this for a few weeks I am already feeling the difference.
