Lost my hot shoe cover so...
I bought these. It was less expensive to get a 4 pack of these than to buy a single replacement hot shoe cover. Yes, I went cheap. Glad I did. These little things are great! My tripod already has a bubble level on it, but sometimes it's not the easiest to see with the camera and a large lens attached. These actually helped me out, without me intending that at all. Pretty neat, and look cool.

They fit my Nikon P7800 very well
I was skeptical about these at first, will they fit (despite the description for my camera), will they fall out? Well, my fears were all for naught. They are great. I had recently bought a used Nikon P7800, which is in great condition, but it arrived without a hot shoe. That wasn't disclosed in the sale, but, that's another story. So rather than go without one altogether, I gave the normal search and came upon these from FOTYRIG. I didn't really need 4, but that's how they came, and it didn't cost much, so I figured if I did lose 1, or 2 I had still another. They are made of a rubber type material, which gives a nice snug, but not overly tight feel on the camera. They will NOT fall off. The bubble, although a nice touch, can be useful on a tripod, despite my tripod also having a bubble, and also handy when holding by hand, maybe, as I would think most don't look at that when composing. No big deal, but the bubble is easy to get to top dead center, and is easy to hold it in that position. So I would recommend these. And the main reason is to protect the hot shoe.

Small but works
Of course this is a small item but I was expecting the actual "bubble" to a little larger that it turned out to be. But it does work, you just have to be very slow if your trying to have the camera absolutely level. It does serve to protect the hot shoe contacts as well. With 4 I'll have spares if I lose this small item.

Cute
I just bought a camera and it didn't come with a hot shoe cover. As I looked for aftermarket sources on Amazon I came across these. They don't cost any more than a regular cover and they have the little bullseye level. If you need perfection go for something else but just to get close enough these should work fine. One other thing is they won't add weight or take up space any more then a regular cover.

Level shooter
These are a decent option for lost hot shoe covers. It works well on my Canon D but is not fully compatible with my Sony RX10iii. It can easily slip off the Sony do to hot shoe design. Otherwise it is a decent option to protect the hot shoe with added level option.

Fits Sony a6000 Perfectly
It fits Sony a6000 perfectly and works even better than the level on my tripod.

Quick leveling
These are very handy items that help you quickly level your DSLR, they fit in the flash shoe and protect the contacts, popping out easily, when you want to hook up your flash foot. They are inexpensive, easy to use, and are delivered rapidly at a very, reasonable price!

Rubbery so they should stay put
I lose hot shoe covers on an alarmingly regular basis. I bought these because they were super cheap for a pack of 4. I have some hope for these because they are a little rubbery, where the old ones are hard plastic. I'm hopeful that the rubbery texture that made them a little harder to slide in will also make them less likely to slip out. I have no clue if the level will be useful or not, maybe if you were doing a long exposure on a tripod, otherwise the level is on the top, above eye level, so I don't see how you could look through the curving viewfinder and check the level.
