Disappointed. Fabric stuck together & unable to separate
The item came tucked inside it’s own stuff sack/pocket & it was kinda hard to pull out so i have no hope of folding it back up inside again which is not a big deal as i can just use a different bigger sack. A bigger pocket would be better if they decided to redesigned it. The colour was exactly as pictured (an olive green) and it was the right length going down to my calves. However when i unfolded it, the fabric was stuck together like someone super glued it. The nylon material has layer of silicone on the inside and it was this layer that was stuck fast to each other. I gingerly tried to separate the fabric but even peeling it apart slowly, it was hard to separate and when it did, often pieces of the silicone layer ripped. I was only able to separate a few inches in from the edges and gave up. Not sure if i just got a lemon and this one apron was stored improperly at their warehouse or if this was just old stock that was past its prime but i was disappointed as i was eager to try it on a hike.**Update: I reached out to the seller, and they were quick, professional & courteous with their replies. Berta, their agent, said that it looked like the item was possibly left in the packet for an extended period if time. They offered to replace the item & made sure to quality check before shipping it to me. I just received it today & the item was in perfect condition. It unwrapped easily and there were no issues with quality. After trying it on, the length actually goes to my ankles which is great coverage and the velcro straps/waistband were a good length. I havent field tested it on a hike but poured water on it and it didnt seep thru. I can also wear it like a cape when needed or also use as a cover to change under. They also let me keep the defective one which i can be repurposed as a small ground sheet. This was the first time ever having an issue with a purchase and this company’s customer service was great and the rain apron is fabulous. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

Perfekt!

Camino pack
This was lightweight, packable, multi purpose and my favourite piece of gear for walking weeks in the rain or wind. Easy to put on or remove without having to take off your pack.
