Q: How thick is the material? Could it be used for a vest?

I have used this in a vest, and my first grader loved it and wore it to death. It was reversible, with black micro suede. No photos, too bad!

Q: Can it be used for lining for the fur coat?

Yes for a lining or a nice shirt.

Q: What does the 'wrong' side of the fabric look like?

wrong side you can see mostly are the metallic threads and not shiny, if you're thinking of using it I don't advise it hope this helps.
