I will attempt to update later.However there is no English or anything other language instructions on the box or inside. You get a bottle and a spoon. It does say that it has been manufactured in Italy though.Looking through the ingredients does not seem so bad. For oral use.Newborns weighing up to 5 kg: 2.5 – 3 ml, 5-10 minutes after a meal or as advised by a doctor. In case of regurgitation, give another 1 ml. Gastrotus Baby.Children up to 3 years old: 5 ml after food and before bedtime or according to other medical advice.Children up to 12 years: 10 - 20 ml after meals and before bedtime or according to other medical advice.
