The product is fine. The question is whether it is totally safe.
I have bought this product twice, now buying the third time. But there are concerns.Sachharine and other such compounds do not metabolise in the body and hence cannot add to blood sugar or calories. I have used this product to sweeten my teas and in which it was just fine. I cannot tell the difference.The product does not clearly state that it is for edible purposes of the individual as above, mention of baking use is there. Also there is a fssai number, not sure about authenticity and permitted for what uses. The product should clearly mention what are the uses it is actually safe for, including common domestic use - tea coffee etc. The product costs low, may be it is sourced with harmful impurities or suitable for use only in bulk food industry.The product should clarify as much as it can about safe human consumption to clear all doubts and concerns.
