Just Basic Black Metal Hair Snap Clips, Set of 12

The title says it all. I've been using these clips since I got them a few weeks ago. They hold my bangs back just as I need them too. The paint is still intact; which is more than I can say for some other brand name hair clips I have. Overall, these were very affordable for something simple and practical; just what I needed.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Black metal hair clips that will tightly hold my hair back and in place. These do not have anything on them to rub or get scratched off. They hold my hair back well and look great. I haven't had any of them snag on my hair. They go in easy, snap tightly and unsnap and come off just as easy.

This product is good. Clips hold my hair in place well and though they are too small to hold a lot of thick hair, this product is perfect to clip bangs to one side or in place of bobby pins to hold small, loose strands which are too short to fit into a pony tail, etc. They grip nicely so they stay in place without sliding out. So far the black color hasn't chipped off like some other brands tend to. I'm happy with this product and would buy again.

Good product, serves its purpose. Of course, for the price, these are not particularly strong, but were great for a craft project some of my students were doing.However, beware in your choice of seller. I attached a photo of what this seller provided to me, but they provided me with a full refund and were very courteous. I normally get what's in the Amazon picture, so I don't see the need in providing other photos of it.

I bought these thinking "how bad could these be?" If given the choice, I'd probably pay a little more for better ones. These didn't hold my hair as well as my other clips did. These clips are metal but it feels like it has a weaker grip. Bits of my hair would just slide out sometimes, even with very little hair to hold (i.e. holding up fly-away hair around a pony tail). It's hard to explain. My old clips felt heavier than these and maybe the thicker metal made the grip better (??). These are strong enough to stay on the hair, but it's not for holding hair in place, which was what I was looking for.My work around is to use 10 of these in my hair around the pony tail (as oppose to using 3 stronger clips).

I saw this and thought surely they are just like the hair clips you find in stores and was thrilled at the price. I should have known they would be lesser quality. The metal is thinner than those you find in stores. So far they do an ok job at holding my hair but many times I find them slipping out of my hair and have to reinsert them. Perhaps a bit of hairspray will help, but for the price they work okay.

I bought these for a little out of the ordinary reason. I was looking on Pinterest on how to old MInky material still as my fabric needle were not working. It suggested hair clips. I bought them and they worked beautifully to keep the minky fabric secure to a fleece fabric so I could sew a blanket. My daughter liked her blanket and I was less frustrated while sewing.

It is a good product to finally find. To have one item which has one solid color is very helpful for one who wears a uniform everyday. The clips are of a comparable quality to other brands.
