Brought for my daughter for her birthday the quality of the toy and materials used were amazing 100% happy and my daughter was, everyones a winner.

For grand daughters 7th birthday,she was disappointed thought it would of been bigger doll

Sadly a used doll was sent
Hair all sticky / gluey and on closer inspection box was taped back. My daughter is super dissapointed that it has to go back! And a replacement wasn’t offered ‘because the system wasn’t allowing them’ after spending at least half an hour chatting to support.

Terrible shipping, good product
The doll is good, but gosh the seller needs to consider protecting the product with a better parcel and some bubble wrap! It is embarrassing to give this toy as a present when its box looks destroyed.
