Brilliant
Fantastic! All specs as advertised by the seller and looks brand new. Lightweight and compact.Particularly pleased with the battery, which charges quickly and holds it's charge well. Was super easy to set up and starts up quickly. Loads Inkscape and GIMP quickly and is responsive when using the applications' tools. Display is vivid and colours bright when watching videos.One very minor quibble is the tamper detection error on start up, but just have to press Esc other than that you would be unable to distinguish it from brand new.Overall I'm absolutely delighted and would be pleased to buy from this seller in future. Happy to answer questions.

Defective Item Supplied (Lenovo ThinkPad X390)
1. The Lenovo ThinkPad X390 Yoga Hybrid supplied to me was locked to previous owner, without the possibility to login or create a fresh windows account.2. Although the product comes with a 30 return policy, it does not cover the cost of return. On contacting seller, I was offered a pre paid return option but after a few days and as a result I had to get this fixed at my own cost.3. Additionally the product had a chip on the side.Buy at your own risk

Wow, great condition
Very happy with this Thinkpad. Everything looks brand new and the battery has 8 hours remaining after been on it setting it up (with Linux of course) for the last few hours.It was delivered one day early and the packaging was good.

Great customer service
Computer is good .Had a slight problem with charging after quit a few months .Got in touch with seller .John very helpful. Sent a different charger . Problem solved . Old charger had become faulty. Great after sales . Great communication.Would recommend

Refurbished? You are joking right.
It came covered in vinyl which was poorly fitted to disguise it's very poor condition. The power supply came with a beer dodgy connector that looked like it wouldn't last the week. Returned but now over a month and still no refund.
