Son very happy.

My daughter really loved the cup and it worked great for about a month, but didn’t last! Big hole in the lining. I cannot find any way to contact any customer service and two late to return, so just out the money, disappointed!

I love this item and it really works. Currently dieting and you can literally put ANYTHING in it and turn it into a snowcone. So every sugar free drink I can get my hands on lol. I have also made ice cream in this with heavy whipping cream. This product is amazing and a game changer. It’s very easy to use. Squeeze about 60 times or less, I counted. I’m not going to say it’s super easy to clean because that is one thing that could be improved. The dips and ridges make it hard to clean. But overall it’s great. Great for gifting for children and adults. I went on to purchase 2 more are gifts.

I ordered 4 cups in October to put in my kids stockings because they were on sale at the time. Christmas morning slushy making was a bit of a bust because my youngest daughters cup was broken and the top seal on the lid wouldn't twist on leaving grape crush all over the carpet. Went online this morning (Christmas morning) to see if I could get a replacement for the pink one but the window for returns was closed. I am not sure I want to pay to reorder as the quality is questionable but my youngest is disappointed. Christmas time should have a longer return window in my opinion as parents are ordering early to try and get ahead of things.

ETA: The company reached out after my initial review to send a new cup. So far no leaks with this one and I am very happy with the customer service. Updated rating to four stars.I bought one of these for my son for Christmas and it has worked great. When I bought a second one I was disappointed to find that it started leaking after just a few uses.
