From the pictures this looks a quality item and from the price its a quality price!However good it looks on the wall, it would be nice for it to work - this is a product awaiting a problem as its not a solution that works for dispensing foil or clingfilm!The foil cant be purchased in the size width that is provided and the dispensing is fiddey and awkward - worst of all the cutters don't cut because the foil creases before its exited, and creases leaving a continual snag in the foil train thus never departing in one strip.Likewise the clingfilm will dispense (once you've managed to fit it n and exit the small envelope) but then cant be cut without a tear and then ruining the next piece.This product is fiddely and awkward - it a solution to a problem that doesn't exist and if taken down will leave 4 screw holes!I purchased this product and fitted it weeks after; after the return date - ouch a bad mistake and one I have to keep looking at!Do yourself a favour and save the expense.

The quality of the build was not to bad, but the cutting blades for the foil and cling film especially, are not very good, does not cut well, rips the cling film, then it's a hassle to get it ready for the next cut.

I've bought this product before so knew what to expect. The finish was not perfect and the cling film kept ripping. My husband solved the problem by filing the edge smooth. I know some people think they don't cut clean all I'd say is it's a technique combining holding the film or foil at the right angle and a smooth swish of the cutter. My only issue is size. This will only hold 300mms wide rolls. I've got a 300mms x 50mm of clingfilm in it. It won't hold anything bigger so no to 100mm plus big roles, but why can't someone make a dispenser which holds bigger than 300mm wide. It's a pain as most supermarkets etc. sell 350mms wide products

It’s a style that I always wanted and I was so happy when I could see it and purchase it !!! It’s good that I can have the cling film. Kitchen foil and the large kitchen towel and it’s so easy to clean !!!

The blade doesn’t slide across and cut the sheet it just crumples it! It’s hopeless trying to get cling film out as it tears before it pulls out enough shredding into pieces.I’m more cross that I didn’t try it before putting holes in my wall

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst item I have ever bought!! At £35 it was one of the most expensive Clingfilm/foil dispensers yet there is nothing to hold the rolls in place insides both don't reel off easily and the cutters aren't sharp enough so it ends up bunched up or spilt and UNUSABLE. I in fact have taken the rolls out and it now sits on our wall empty! I unfortunately didn't put this up within the return period otherwise I would have immediately sent back asking for a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
