I just want to start off by saying that as the other reviews say, it is quite thin and see through. I purchased a maternity shapewear in nude to go underneath and problem solved, though. I also didn’t wear any underwear underneath the shapewear because you could still see the panty lines so keep that in mind. That being said, the dress was beautiful and really made amazing pictures. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Definitely recommend this dress. I also went with a stick on, strapless bra for underneath so you couldn’t see bra straps or anything!

Very cheaply made, even the fabric of the top part is see-through and very thin, the sleeves were even sewn on the outside of the dress rather than inside so the seam is visible and ugly... very disappointed, definitely not worth the almost 60$ I paid.

I think this dress would be beautiful in a photoshoot, but there are pieces to it that go nowhere so it isn’t practical for normal wear. I also don’t feel the quality is worth $55. The body part is fitted well - you could wear it whether pregnant or not and at any stage in the pregnancy, but the material feels cheap compared to the nice, sheer, flowy material that would be great flying in the wind (the name of the material is escaping me right now). I do love the flowing fabric part, however I wish there was something you could do with it so that you could actually wear the dress in regular life (other than just for a shoot)! I think there could easily be something added to turn it into one of those “wear x different ways” pieces, and the value could really increase. I will have to return this... but if I were ever to want a pregnancy photoshoot, might consider buying it in a different colour (I didn’t love the shade of blue... doesn’t look anything like what I thought I’d ordered).
