I had my doubts, but i had a large burn from an oven on my arm. I knew it didn't require hospital care but I wanted something more than just a triple antibiotics cream. This worked immediately and the scar was nearly unnoticeable in a short time. I suspect had i used it longer, the scar would've been completely erased. Definetly worth the purchase.

This is a great product. From the first time I discovered it, in 2005, to today, Maderma has proven to do as it advertises. I used this product in 2005 on a scar I have on my forehead. Before Maderma, anyone could see the scare and the stitch marks left from the stitches used to close up the gapping wound. In 2020, you could still feel the scare but could barely see it. Today, you cannot see now feel the scare. I owe it all to Maderma.

I contracted shingles a while back & it left a horrible scarring on my waist from my belly button to my lower back. I have tried Aloe, Vitamin E & now Mederma. It is clear in color, no unpleasant scents, although its performance is still questionable. My scarring had faded, but still present. The product comes in such a small amount, it does not last for an extended period. I have repurchased this item, in the hopes it will make my scares disappear. I just wish their was more product for my purchase.

I did a rhinoplasty, and I used to use another gel, but others recommended this one, I went back to using the gel I used before it personally gave me better results than this one

This is supposed to be a cream but its a clear liquid of some sort that peels off the skin. I went to the dermatologist yesterday and he said it was not supposed to look like that at all. Im not sure what the formulation is but its definitely not a mederma cream.

it came very fast and it is amazing it does what it says!
