Oh. My. Goodness. What a fantastic watch at a fantastic price. I can only assume "renewed" is like some kind of word the kids are using when they mean "brand new". The watch arrived flawless. Screen was flawless.. even the metal body of the watch itself is flawless and without any scratches. My only gripe at all is that it arrived with 0% battery. No charge at all. Waiting for it to charge so I could set it up was painful. Mine arrived with a genuine Samsung charging cradle, as well as a genuine Samsung power block. I'm getting between 3 and 4 days on a single charge, with what I would consider higher than average usage and screen time. I would recommend updating to the newest version of Tizen if you want all the things that require the security updates in order to function correctly (namely Samsung Pay). I wish I could give this more than 5 stars honestly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smartwatch, but keep in mind you'll only get the BEST experience if you also have a Samsung smartphone (I have a Galaxy Note9 so they play perfectly together by default). Added bonus: it uses a standard 22mm band, so any 22mm band will work perfectly, including wooden watch bands like Ottm (see picture).ATTENTION: for anyone leaving negative reviews because it's missing Samsung pay, that's your fault, not the seller. It comes with the original version of Tizen installed. You need to update it in order to use Samsung Pay, because of security updates. Don't knock the seller when we're really talking about user error. Update the watch and you'll be good to go.

So I've ordered refreshed items a few times in the past and have been pleased with those purchases. This time, however, I am sorely disappointed in this product. The watch case looks like it was buffed with 80 grit sandpaper. Although the screen looks great, the bezel is loose and rotates very freely. It's not tight at all. I did not receive 2 watch bands as stated. I received one and a half. Seriously half of the second watch band. If this is "excellent condition" then I need to lower my expectations quite a bit. It also has zero % battery when I received it. How was it tested with a zero % battery?I am amending this review, 20 minutes after writing the previous one. The watch overheated at 8% and stopped charging. Within 15 minutes, the watch was at zero %. I don't understand how this is acceptable. None of what was described on the renewed criteria has been applied to this watch. I am returning immediately.

Hola, I finally had the courage to buy a refurbished smart watch from Amazon. I refused to buy a new and have to get a line for it just to get a free phoneIf I would purchased it from my cell phone provider. So, I was impressed by the condition it was in, no starches, the battery life is good, I can actually use the phone features. All in all I'm happy with my purchase, the only thing I dislike was the watch band, kinda cheap looking, but I guess you can't ask a lot on a refurbished piece, I'm happy it was not in bad conditions and everything works on it so far. Will definitely buy again from this seller, maybe an upgrade down the line...lol.Definitely recommend this seller.Good luck.. 🙏

I was a little bit worried about purchasing a refurbished watch so was a little cautious about making this purchase. First off, the vendor had great service and I received the shipment 3 days ahead of schedule which was great. Second, it was clear that the charging accessory may not be original and in searching, it seems some of the after market chargers overheated or didn't charge properly. The supplied charger was 3rd party, but there were no issues at all with charging or overheating. In fact, I tracked down the same item and ordered an extra for travel. It works well also. I'll leave feedback under that review as well.As for the watch itself, I could find no blemishes, scratches or chips on the watch. The band appeared to be new with no indication it had been worn. It is a leather band and should show signs of usage so my guess is that it could have been a new band or in fact the watch had never been worn. I've not run the battery totally out, but with normal usage, the battery drops to about 85% charge during the day and so see no reason it couldn't last 2-3 days. Overall, the watch seems to look and work just like a new watch.The only down side I've found so far is that the same watch new from Samsung is now on sale for just $20 more. I will admit to having second thoughts about purchasing a new watch for <10% more than the refurbished version of the same. This does have warranty implications, but I am hopeful I didn't make the wrong decision and save myself a few dollars in the long run.Overall, this is a great watch and am glad I made the purchase.
