Breezy or windy?
This fan pushes much more air than my 5 blade fans. Very easy to install. This is my second fan and using in my outdoor patio on AZ. Did have one issue. On high speeds it leaned to one side without wobbling. Tried leveling the bracket with no luck. Found exact bracket on Amazon and replaced the old one. Works like a charm. 6 fan speeds in either direction. Very very quiet and good looking.

Quality Fan
I installed the fan today... this came in a professional packed box.... all parts protected and nothing missing :) installed the fan and all works great and is very quiet... generates great air speed... for us sped 3 or 4 will be best ... speed 6 pushes a bunch of air around. Great value and Quality!

Could be a Great Product, however TERRIBLE Customer Service
Let me start out by saying I really like the look of this fan and the air it moves. At times products have issues and I understand that. How a company handles customer service is paramount to feeling good about the company and its product. My fan worked great one night. The next night, clicking the remote yielded 2 beeps from the fan and no movement, no humming. I repaired the remote to be safe and changed batteries...nothing. I read the FAQ and there is no mention of any error codes, etc. I attempted to chat online. No reply. I sent an email. No reply. I sent an online contact request. No reply. I want to give this product 5 starts, but cannot in good conscience. While the odds of this happening again are slim to none, it would be nice to know customer service is there to at least REPLY to repeated attempts (over a 2 week span I might add).

Easy install, looks good, quiet running
I got this to put in the peak of my woodshop ceiling, mostly to run in the winter to keep the heat from the woodstove from stratifying near the roof. Easy to install, looks stylish, and has been running essentially continuously for months. It is very quiet. Remote control works fine.

Important things left out of the instructions
OK, the fan itself is 5 Stars. No noise at all. Did not need balancing and beautiful and modern. Appears well made although the light "globe" is cheaply made but once in place looks fine. If the LED burns out however (As Chinese LEDs are known to do), You would probably have to cobble together some sort of replacement. Now for the instructions. The lack of very important details which are not intuitive: The hanging bracket comes pre-attached to the upper canopy (indicated separately in the parts list) and I thought a part was left out. Has to be removed before you can even start, as the hanging bracket is the first thing to install and the canopy is the very last thing to install. There are three arched shaped pieces fastened on the rotating part (bottom) of the motor. These are probably there to keep the motor from turning during shipping which can't happen anyway because of the great packaging. No mention in the instructions but they must be removed. If you leave them on after hanging the motor but before attaching the fan blades and then try to test the motor nothing will happen except for a clicking noise. I suspect if you keep trying to test the motor without removing these eventually you will cause the motor to burn out. Fortunately, I finally figured this out. Later on I found a small label that fell out of the shipping container that advised the removal of these "brakes." Instructions also wanted the fan blades attached before hanging the motor on the ceiling bracket. Not a great idea as it will be awkward to then get it up to the bracket and you will be continually hampered by the blades as you attempt to hook up the wires (which is a real PIA as is - more on that later). Nothing in the instructions as to how to mount/place the radio receiver in the top canopy. After being frustrated for an hour (you can't close the canopy if you just place the receiver loose in the bell), I found that the receiver is supposed to go into the rectangular space at the top of the mounting bracket. Nothing on that in the instructions and not intuitive. Now, for the connections. the two bundles of wires that go from the motor through the downrod will work fine if you use the included 10" rod. However, if you use the 5" rod the excess lengths of wires when you try to close the top canopy makes it very challenging (I'm being nice here). If you have to use the short 3" downrod, I cannot see how it could even be accomplished. The obvious solution would be to have three different attachable lengths of bundled wires available for each size downrod. These could simply snap into stubbed out wire bundles at the motor - problem would be solved. Lastly, it is almost impossible to snap the wire for the light LED into the socket in the light. I pulled through some 4 inches or so additional length of the wire through the downrod so that I could flex the wire and snap it into place. The excess wire now lays on the bottom of the plastic globe and can be seen when the light is on (I'm going to Rube Goldberg something in the globe to cover this later on. Took four very frustrating hours to hang a fan that should have been done in less than an hour (a one beer job). Simple improvement to the instructions would have fixed most of the concerns along with bundled wires in lengths that corresponded to the downtube sizes. Did I mention the remote control instructions? Obviously written by a different "linguist". Sentences were entirely undecipherable even if you knew what they were trying to say. As using the remote control WAS intuitive, the instructions were unnecessary but very entertaining. Because of the extra electrical wiring for the DC motor fans, it is certainly a bit more involved than with an AC fan motor. The packaging of the fan was the best I have ever seen. Not only would it be difficult to receive damage in shipment, if you had to rebox everything to return it, it might take all of 5 minutes. Bottom line is that once installed, it is a beautiful and modern addition to your room - and for that it is a 5-star fixture with a 2-star set of instructions. Just my .02.

Love it! Love! Love it!
I ordered this quite a while ago but didnt want to leave a review until I had it installed and tried it. Just got the job done and the fan is perfect. Came with balancing weights but it only needed one. Runs quiet. I wouldnt hesitate to buy again, if I needed one. Thank you
