Peltor is a premium hearing protection brand. That's the reason I wanted to give these a try. I have a Milwaukee brand full brim hard hat and despite what others may have experienced, as you can see in the photos, these fit perfectly fine and created a good, firm seal while maintaining comfort. I think there are two reasons others may have had a different experience than me: 1) THE USER MUST FULLY ENGAGE THE MUFF BRACKETS! There is a bracket setting that keeps these slightly off your ears, but if you push down on the muffs a little harder, they will completely engage and fully seal. 2) The Milwaukee Full Brim has cut outs on the side brims to allow for clearance with this ear pro. I cannot comment on other types of helmets. I'm a satisfied customer and Peltor products continue to save my hearing (just don't let my wife know 😉).

Easy to install and very good protection

These ear muffs were easy to install with very little effort and the user manual was on point. Other than my Bose noise cancelling headphones these work great for industrial applications.

It comes with only a box and the two ear muffs. Apparently they get thrown around pretty bad cuz they always seem to come pre scratched.The ear muff part is super good tho. The cushioning is so good you can actually feel it become air tight and there is a little bit of cabin pressure on your ears.They fit perfectly onto a typical hard hat (I don't own a full brim to try it) and are not very heavy when wearing them.One thing I like is they seem to hold your hard hat tight to your head, so for jack hammering or w/e should help.I found that if you were to pull them away from your ears you'll feel and hear a loud popping sound.. don't worry you didn't break em.. they just adjust outward but it's a hard click and honestly it's nice for folding them up.In all I give em 4 of 5 because they came pre scratched up and I like new new stuff. Otherwise as far as safety and functionality goes its 5s across the board.

Great noise cancellation ear muffs, blocks out the sound. Best part is that attached on the hard hat, the ear muffs really "cups" your ears so it properly covers it. I would definitely recommend these pair of hearing protection! It's feels snug fit and comfortable.
