Comfy and easy to use
I really like how quickly I can inflate this pillow. It feels a little weird at first with such a wide valve but you get used to it. I also like that I can use the flap inside the valve to let out a little air to adjust it if needed, although I usually keep it fully inflated to support my head. The cover is easily removable to wash, and is nice and soft. The best part is that it packs nice and flat, since I usually try to travel with only a carry-on, I don't want a bulky pillow. This deflates quickly and folds up for easy storage.

exactly what I was looking for!
I wanted an inflatable pillow that folds down and easy to pack, had the removable sleeve that I can throw in the wash and was soft and comfortable. This met all of my needs and exceeded them with the ease to inflate. This literally inflates in 2-3 breaths - so easy compared to most of this style (others that I returned after trying this one out). I usually roll this up and pack it into the "media pocket", however, the inflate/deflate valve is on the opposite side, so it is a bit cumbersome when rolling it up and getting all of the air out. However for the cost of this item, you can't beat it, and my complaint is seriously negligible.one note: the first pillow I purchased of this kind did not hold air longer than about 20 minutes (woke up very uncomfortable on the plane) but once off the plane I contacted amazon customer service and had a replacement shipped out to me via one day delivery and was replaced before my return plane flight. the second pillow holds air just fine.

Not as nice as my previous one
It's a little more stiff and more bulky when deflated than my previous one from Magellan's, which is still going strong, but I wanted a back-up.Would somebody please post pictures or a video showing how to cram it into the zippered pocket? Usually that involves turning the item inside out, but it doesn't seem to want to go in there. Thanks.

Still not quite right for me
I’ve tried so many neck pillows for travel, but still looking for my Goldilocks. This is nice that it inflates & deflates easily. Deflated it’s not quite as compact as I’d hoped. Inflated it still doesn’t offer the support I need, I have a long neck so my head still flops. Wasn’t able to try it in an airplane seat to see if the back of the neck part was not too bulky against the seat headrest..but that’s another common prob with travel pillows to watch out for. Returned this one.

Inlike the valve because it won't break off like the usual plastic ones
this was my second replacement. my first of these lasted a respectable couple of years. the replacement ceased to hold air very quickly, and the replacement for that ceased to hold air after a week. As much as I loved the first one and like the design, I don't want to keep trying.
