You have ruined Christmas!The item come just in time for my family Christmas gathering, and it was totally different from the picture, not just a different design no it was a horrible design, I immediately requested a refund, and there I was at the Christmas party with nothing to give to my wife.

It's very well made. Honestly I could get something like this cheaper than this, but I immediatley needed something for upcoming cruise. The quality is excellent so I won't complain about it.

Love the look! Perfect size for phone and a few items. But, it is a bit flimsy & im hoping it will not wear out quickly.

The purse was super cute, and exactly what I was looking for. However, I returned it because some of the pieces were poking out, and I was worried it would snag my clothes. In addition, the straps didn’t feel super sturdy.

But only limited items fit. Quality is good.

Alright. So I researched this bag quite a bit before buying and then finally settled on it. I was already aware of the smallish size and my last purse was a huge Michael Kors bag so I just wanted to downgrade a bit. Well I ordered it and as I have noticed from some other reviewers, the strap broke within 2 weeks. Now, since you can’t put so much in the bag anyway, it wasn’t like there was sooooo much heavy stuff in it. So I went through the Amazon channels to order a replacement, exact same one (as perhaps it was just that bag), and I sent the damaged one back via Kohl’s. It has some discoloration (both bags did) but I really like the look of it so I gave it a second chance. So far so good. Hasn’t broken. If it breaks again within my return window, I’ll return this one and that’ll be that.I also noticed some other reviewers saying to beware of what you wear it with as it can cause snagging and pilling on materials other than jeans. I have worn it quite a few times with jeans and not with any dresses or anything so I haven’t noticed any snagging but can say that there are some rough pieces that stick up that aren’t smooth so I could see where that would happen.What I have in it/can fit in it at on time: a pen, a chapstick, my keys, a small bag of quarters, wireless headphones, a small cylindrical perfume vial (from bath and body works), a bath and body works hand sanitizer, and I keep simple cards in one of those very small hard square RFID “wallets” so the card holder is literally almost the same length and width of a card. And when I need to I stuff a tampon or pad in there, I do so. And with that, I have an iPhone xr that I squeeze in there but most times my phone is out of my purse and in my pocket or hand. Little purse fits quite a bit even thought sometimes you have to maneuver how the stuff is in there to get it to fit.Overall I like it and would recommend. I shall be updating if it breaks again soon.
