I was very hesitant to order at first because a lot of reviews said it took forever to receive theirs and there were delivery problems (to be fair, I read that universally for virtually every company I looked into). However, I think the total time from order to delivery was one month (I did pay a little extra for the FedEx shipping).The order process was easy, and they have you measure a bunch of stuff. But be prepared to pay about 50% more than the list price by the time you add all the upgrades (thicker foam w/ better R-factor, thicker plastic wrap, handles, etc.). But you get what you pay for on the upgrades because they will insulate better.It came in a bunch of boxes and you have to put it all together, but it wasn't too complicated. The cover is vinyl on top and mesh on the inside surface, which I think is good for preventing water build-up (our old one was solid vinyl on the inside and never drained well). The foam comes in 5 sections that you put side-by-side into the cover (each section wrapped in heavy plastic), then it has a long foam 2x2 that has steel on two edges, so very sturdy. Everything seems to be well sewn together and sturdy.The only thing I'd recommend is maybe trimming off an inch from your measurements. Our last one was snug where you had to pull the skirt down over the rounded corners. This one has a fair gap around the edges and the skirt doesn't really touch the sides. I measured exactly what the old cover was (92"). So just food for thought that if you're on the fence on the measurements, I'd go slightly smaller. The top still makes contact with the hot tub for a seal, but not as tight around the skirt.

I ordered a replacement cover for my spa. I thought the measuring instructions were pretty easy and the cover fit my spa exactly. I did order the corner radius an inch smaller than my spa measured just to be safe. I believe the instructions recommended this. The company sent regular emails updating me on the progress of my cover being built which was nice. My cover arrived when it was supposed to and the third party trucking company contacted me and setup a delivery date and time window. I read the reviews about delivery issues so I made sure they had my mobile phone number so they could contact me directly. The cover has been on for a couple months and it looks like it will last for many years. I am happy with the quality and buying experience. I give them a thumbs up!!!

This is the second cover I have purchased from this company, and I have been very happy with the product. My first one died prematurely due to no fault of the cover... my young dog ate a hole on the top of it . I just went with the basic top this time but I wish I had paid a few dollars more to get the split corners. Great product and I would certainly buy again.

I ordered the simulated cloth texture cover and it looks fantastic. I was worried it would look plasticky but it looks like cloth and the skirts hang like you'd expect cloth to. After ordering the seller contacted me to fill out an online form to customize the order and then again to verify some dimensions. The online form has great little tutorials to help you measure correctly and make sure you get the features you need.Depending on the options you select the price of the cover will go up. I'd expect to pay an extra $100-150 after configuration.

Cover is very high quality. Customer service was very helpful . Only problem is if they use UPS and it coes unassembled. Assembly is difficult.

The hot tub cover arrives in pieces, and must be assembled. The foam pieces don't fit inside the cover, even after heating it up to 90* to soften it. I had to destroy the foam to get it in. Because of this poor fit, there's lots of strain on the zipper, which broke immediately because it's brittle zinc. Customer service was useless. I'm left without a hot tub cover, and without $500.Here's my exchange with Customer service:Me: "I tried to in the foam pieces and zip it up, the pull tab on the zipper on the vinyl broke. When I put some twine through the zipper area where the pull tab broke off, the ensure zipper thing that combines the zipper broke off. Please help, this has been very frustrating"CS: " Sorry you are frustrated. As the instructions from the vinyl box explain, you cannot use the zipper to force close the vinyl. ...we test assemble every cover before we package it to insure it will assemble easily for our customers.If you will ship the vinyl back to us, we will repair or replace the zipper, and return it to you."Me: "If there's a note about that in the instructions (*note, there isn't), it's not where I could find it (see attached). Will you send a label, or am I expected to pay for shipping?"CS: "Customers would be responsible for shipping. Unfortunately we don't have different zipper options so we'd replace yours with the same type."

My concerns were totally unnecessary. BeyondNice remanufactured a new vinyl cover so I can replace the one with the bad handle. They stand behind the quality of the product. Based on this experience I highly recommend this company and the spa cover. The benefits of this cover are very light weight, tapered top and strength. Best one I have ever had.----Previous note below no longer accurate.-I originally gave this company and the cover a very high rating........I am now second guessing that. he spa cover handle pulled out of the stitching while opening the cover's own weight within a week of getting the cover. I am still waiting for BeyondNice to respond with an action plan to resolve this issue..............not a good first experience for me.
