Where do I start....first off, the instructions are terribly translated which caused a lot of confusion. If you try to manually setup the machine, it's impossible to navigate the menus. I downloaded the app which for some reason wants access to my contacts, camera, microphone, and location. While using the app, there are constant bugs which make it completely useless. When you finally get the app to somewhat work, it saves your settings but the settings don't transfer to the unit. Save yourself the trouble and go with another brand.

This unit does not work well. Uses up the essential oil in a few hours but the scent does not travel. The essential oil is ridiculously expensive, So having an inefficient product is as good as burning your money away.

This machine is great!The machine is easy to program to your specifications.Wether you want it Monday-Friday at your business or daily use at your home it does the job!Wether you decide to use it standing up or connected to your HVAC it’s got great options. The scents available through AROMELY are spectacular!The customer service from AROMELY is superb. Alex is very professional and a very stand-up businessman and true to his word!I stand behind this product 100%.I look forward to trying new scents.

We have enjoyed this diffuser a great deal. I had one issue with it which was “user error” on my part. I called Aromely directly and Carlos helped me fix this issue quickly and very professionally. We are enjoying our diffuser scent a lot. I would recommend the Hotel scent. Good stuff.
