Doesn't upset. Your stomachache

Since my husband started taking these he has not been woken in the night with knee and leg pain ,which was an everynight occurrence. It hasn't helped my back and hip pain but it probably helps some people not others ,me being the other unfortunately but saying this we call them my husbands magic pills and are both thankful as we now both get a better night's sleep because he was a pain in the behind every single night moaning and walking about trying to ease his pain . So in all they are amazing for some and it is worth trying it might just be your magic pill too.

Excellent product

Easy to take

I got these due to the excellent reviews and the constant comments about how they are good for inflammation and pain. I suffer from musculature skeletal pain in my chest although admittedly most of the time these pains are just uncomfortable, sometimes they can leave me doubled over in pain. However since taking these daily for almost a month, I have noticed next to no pain at all.I love that these supplements are manufactured in the UK as it gives me peace of mind to know the levels of testing that they would have had to gp through.I will keep taking these and I would recommend them.I hope you found this a helpful review and it assisted you in your decision to purchase this productPlease noteI was asked to review this product as part of the amazon vine programme. I have swapped to these from glucosamine, which I had been taking for a significant number of years. The swap was a result of feeling that the glucosamine was not as effective as it had been and the reviews for this product suggesting it to be a good, if not better, alternative alternative.My issues, general aches and pains/wear & tear, bad back & knees due to previous injury.After 3 weeks I think I can say that at the least this is working as well as glucosamine did in the early days but feel I need to give it a bit more time for a more accurate review.I find them easy to swallow, no obvious smell taste or after taste - I do take them as directed with a meal.

When I wrote to the company asking for proof of quality control by a third party I got no response so I went out and bought some boswellia serrata from a well-known vitamin company called veridian. I then emptied 1 capsule from each bottle to compare the product the one from veridian was brownish and tasted distinctly of those well you the other capsule however was bleach white and tasted a talcum powder.

My husband, having broken talus and heel bone a few years ago has have been suffering a lot of pain recently,a friend of ours recommended this to us.My husband says it has given him a new lease of life and combining this with the balsam he is literally pain free at the moment.We have recommended it to a friend with hip trouble in the hope of it having the same effect.Would say to anyone to give it a try and see what it does for you.To us it was worth every penny.
