The doll was exactly as in the picture, great! I definitely recommend buying, who still doubts!

I LOVE this doll. From the likeness to the outfit, she depicts Tina at a pinnacle moment of her career. The "denim" jacket is re-created with working pockets, the skirt is faux leather and I appreciated that a new shoe mold was created for Ms Turner's signature 80's-era stilettos. She has hose/tights and is equipped with a microphone. I wasn't surprised but still disappointed that the doll's jewellery is stiff plastic. Years ago, it would've been metal with rhinestones/faux pearls and the earrings would've dangled, too. For £74.99 retail, this should be customary. The hairs vital to this iconic look and Mattel pulled it off. Some brushing was needed and the tied front sections hang like ponytails, but I remedied this with teasing and product. Her Certificate Of Authenticity is just cheap, thin paper. She has the waste-grip stand that has a hollow and flimsy base. Feels cheap and disappointing for the cost.However, the positives do out-way the negatives. My doll's box came scraped-up from Amazon. The dolls in collector's packaging so this was unfortunate. Still, for years I wanted a Tina doll- to finally have her is a dream.

Item arrived without the microphone, it was obvious to see that it was missing through the packaging but the item was still sent out so no control checks. This was an expensive collectors item coming from the US and involving transit costs but it is no use without the accessory and now I have a complicated process to return it where I have to spend more money to send back before I can claim a refund. Really not impressed.

I purchased this under the guise it was new but the packaging of the product Cleary shows that it has been pre-opened and re packed? This was purchased as a gift and to receive it in the manner that it has come is rather upsetting, especially when good money was paid for it. It is clearly not new.
