Pleasantly surprised
I bought this because of the potential health benefits in occasionally using mushrooms as supplements. I've been adding a spoon into my morning coffees whenever I remember to do so. What pleasantly surprised me is that I can't really taste the mushroom blend in the coffees. I know some people hate the flavour of mushrooms, and whilst I really don't mnd it, it was still good to not have it overpower the coffee goodness in the morning.I can't comment on the degree to which this has improved my life, as it is so subtle in the grand scheme of my whole diet.
