Ein schöner und qualitativ hochwertiger Wanderschuh, leicht und angenehm zu tragen! Da meine Schuhgröße immer zwischen 45 und 46 schwankt, habe ich mich nach einiger Erfahrung mit J.W., für den größeren Schuh entschieden! Damit liegt man meistens richtig!EDIT: Nach einem halben Jahr ist der Schuh hinüber! Als ich nach drei Monaten schon für hart erarbeitete Euro neue Schnürsenkel kaufen musste, da die originalen innerhalb kürzester Zeit völlig verschlissen waren, ist nun nach 6-7 Monaten für die Schuhe endgültig Schluß! Das Innenfutter zerrieb sich an den beanspruchten Stellen komplett, und nach und nach reißen die Schlaufen, durch welche die Schnürsenkel geführt werden! Das ist ein absolutes NoGo für einen Wanderschuh! Ich kann nun nur noch davon abraten und entschuldige mich bei allen an diesem Schuh interessierten für die 5 Sterne Bewertung, die ich hier einfach viel zu früh abgegeben hatte! Unglaublich!

Bought some cheaper boots from a well known store somebody said I wouldn't if I was you ! I thought half the price of proper walking boots why not, I know now they were rubbish , these are brilliant definitely waterproof as I discovered walking the wyre way , they feel like they will last a lifetime the saying buy cheap buy twice is true if you're going on long walks in bad weather buy these !

If you need a general, comfy pair of walking boots, these are ok. Not very waterproof but ok. Mine lasted just under a year. What really killed them was trying to climb a snowy mountain in them. The grip was terrible and they were shredded by the rocks at lower altitudes. Saying that, they are a reliable pair of boots for smaller, simple walks just not for multi day treks.

My previous boots were no longer waterproof,they werequite cheap but lasted 2 years on dog walks.I usually buy Jack Wolfskin coats and fleeces and found them to be good quality.I saw these on Amazon at £20 less than the JW website.These were very comfortable and were ok to use almost straight out of the box.Some reviews have said get a size larger,but my size 10 were fine.

I bought this boots since they looked very good and I already used a couple of Jack Wolfskin boots. I ordered the same number with the latest one but unfortunately this was too small that I couldn't understand what changed with the sizes. I needed to send them back and there were no bigger numbers so I couldn't buy a bigger one. I go for another product.
