Not surprisingly small, but I honestly do not know who or where this dress is appropriate for. It's way too cheap and flimsy to wear formally (thin polyester lined only to the crotch that caused the whole dress to ride up as I walked. This was due both to the lining length and weight of the dress) and cut way too formally to be worn casually. To that end, I would guess this would be appropriate for the following circumstances:1. As a Halloween costume. Yes, it is about that quality.2. At a trailer park prom. Yes, it is just whorish enough.3. In the bedroom. Trashy and trashable. Need I say more?I got a really nice Betsey and Adam dress at an off price departmentioned store. Save your money unless you fit into one of the above categories. It got one extra star because the design was cool (hid my bra) and was generally flattering on, but honestly no bigger than a small cut size 12.

Gorgeous dress. Was too long (I am 5'8" - would need a 4" heel for this), and the hemline was expertly sewn with a supporting tape to maintain the slight flare. Would have been difficult or costly to rehem.

Loved it, wore it my prom got so many compliments <3
