They've been installed in a bedroom to hang a macrame chair and they seems to have worked well, feel sturdy and safe.

These are beautifully made and rotate smoothly and freely on their built-in ball race.Maybe a bit too freely for egg chairs but you can easily dampen the movement slightly by stretching an o-ring over the join between stationary and moving parts

Looks to be very sturdy and heavier than I expected. Wanted it for a swivel joint for my 5 yr old grandsons saucer swing instead of the straps rubbing on the tree branch back and forth.

for a punching bag in basement. mounted on 2x4 and dropped into the space between I-beam joists. holds weight and position fine, but can still be a bit noisy. decent build quality. would consider if needed again.
