Perfect fit on old Blitz cans
Used the on my Blitz 1 & 5 gallon cans.Rings are very tight to get on. Thread them on without the nozzle first. I applied a dab of silicone grease to the threads when I installed the nozzles. Now they spin a lot easier for refilling the can. Also, the tab on the little cap is large enough to drill so you can attach a string to tie it to the nozzle.Overall, these are a great replacement nozzle and seal very well.

Works Great
When these delivered inside the packaging was a piece of paper from the manufacturer asking that if anything didn't meet your expectations to contact them directly to remedy ... with the hopes of each person leaving a five star review. One of the caps fit just right (on both spouts), but the other one was a little loose (on both spouts). I called them, and Ken was great to work with. After telling me he'd never heard of my issue, he put me on hold for a short bit. When he came back on the line, he said a technician recommended using a piece of 120 sandpaper to slightly sand the end of the spout. Using a countertop to keep the sandpaper flat, I sanded the tip of the spout for a few seconds. Turns out that work amazingly, and now the cap fits just firm enough. That's what I call great customer/manufacturer service! A great Made in the USA product.Thank You Mr. Yellow Cap for allowing me to avoid having to buy one of those new gas cans required to have the caps/spouts with the ridiculous "safety" hard to use features.

Awful
These have a lot of problems.-the locking ring didn't thread onto any of my various gas cans-the spout is not compatible with any of my locking rings, normally they have 4 plastic fins that allow them to work with almost any ring but on this spout the plastic fins are tiny and do not engage with the ring. I knew going in that the locking rings on replacements don't always match the threads, but I expected to at least be able to use the spouts. The spouts I own all interchange, but these don't work with anything.-there is no rubber gasket at the interface of the spout and the can-there is no vent, they included instructions on how to drill out a separate vent on the can, but did not include the inserts to install into the hole10 dollars each is a TERRIBLE value. They cheaped out on the plastic fins which ruins compatibility, and saves them a fraction of a cent on a product that already costs cents to make. Of course it doesn't come with a rubber gasket, that would double their cost of production from 10 cents to 20 cents. I assume the lack of a vent within the spout is a patent issue, but if it's not, shame on them for not including it on such an overpriced product. Total rip off.

Loose Cap
I have an older Blitz plastic 1 1/4 gallon jug. The cap fits but does not tighten. The plastic spout (which I needed) works great with the old cap.

Not bad
The threads matched my Blitz one gallon can. However, the height of the collar was too great and it bottomed out at the top of the can before the spout and gasket made contact to seal. I took the collar and gently ground off about 3/16" of the base of the collar and voided a warranty or the possibility of a return. I'm very pleased to say that it did not matter. The spout will now thread fully with the altered collar height and seal properly. Gasoline pours freely without leaks but the alteration was required on the spout collar in order to fit my one gallon Blitz cans. Plural intended.
