Excellent Power Wash Unit with some minor issues.
I bought this for a Big Job that I have coming up, I needed something that is very durable so before we carried it to the Job I decided to put it through it's paces at my own house.I already own two other units, one that is 15 years old and on it's last legs and a Cheap Chinese one I picked up a couple of years ago that had endless problems and ended up being given away a few months ago.DeWalt Pluses:1) Amazingly well built with a design that was so well thought out it is should win an Award.2) Pressure is extremely good, I have no doubt it is really 2100 PSI.3) Compact, easy to carry and store. It is light weight yet feels solid.4) Very quite, your neighbors will have to listening to notice it.5) Ran it for almost four hours straight and it never got to hot or had any issues.6) Turbo Nozzle is Insane! It knocked off paint drops that had spilled on the concrete years ago, it did it like they were nothing. The concrete looks brand new again.Negatives:1) The soap dispenser thing is a joke. Yes it does dispense soap but it is not anything like a foam canon, it is just a bit of soap that barely suds. This in itself was not an issue but filling it is problematic as soap leaks from the outlet even though it is not depressed. So I had to hold my fingers over the bottom hole while I filled the container. Then I noticed that it still slowly leaks soap out of the compartment when in the unit. So the rubber gasket is not sealing properly. It does not matter to me, I will not be using it anyway, but If your washing cars then get a True Foam Canon attachment for $25. It's a lot easier than working with the DeWalts built in Tank.2) Those little holders on the handle for the different spray heads are not good at holding them once the heads get wet. I was changing heads and pushed back on the 40 deg head only to find it missing an hour later. I walked back through the property and spotted it on the lawn. Pushed it back in and realized it would fall out again with ease. When they are perfectly dry they hold in, when wet they do not. I highly suggest you keep them in the compartment and forget the handle nozzle holders.DeWalt you need to make the rubber holders fit tighter!3) Like one other reviewer I did see a 2" section on the bottom half where the seam was not slotted in.I had to loosen four of the lower bolts with a couple of turns of an Allen Key and push it back into the slot and tighten her back up. I suspect this is caused by shipping impacts on the box.Overall I still give it five stars because the darn thing works like a Champ and is an engineering super star. It seems to be very durable and the Ergonomics are second to none on the market.

Good quality and compact
Perfect pressure washer for occasional use! It's lightweight, packs down into small form factor, is easy to put together, and super simple to use! I've found that I only use a pressure washer maybe once a year and it works perfect for everything I've needed it for! No problems in the past 2 years!

I’d definitely buy again
Works fantastic and what an easy pressure washer to use. The unit holds all the attachments and it’s easy to set up for use. Comes with a long hose & power cord and has wheels for easy transport. Easy to store.

Great Machine - Inferior Hose
The machine is much quieter than my old machine. It works great, the casters make it easy to roll around. The electric cable is long and the storage area is very handy. It's a good machine but the hose that connects the gun to the machine is made of a rigid, easily kinked material that has the user wrestling with the hose way too often. If the user didn't notice the hose was about to kink, it would kink and weaken the hose. A review video speaks of a much better hose that is less rigid and nearly impossible to kink. I'll get one soon, as the hose is a real pain if you have to move around much like when washing a car or a boat.

Love it, super portable
Maybe not as powerful as a gas machine but I love it, it’s portable, easy to figure out even without instructions, works super well for small projects around the house

Loved it until it died. Don’t buy it!!
3/12/24 Update:Got a call from the warranty repair shop. They said because I didn’t buy it from an authorized dealer it isn’t covered under warranty. They won’t repair it and I’ll need to spend $139 to get it replaced by an authorized dealer or see if the place I bought it will take it back. I’ll give that a shot but it’s not worth all of this hassle.3/1/24 Update:My original 5 star review is below. However, after putting it away for the winter, I pulled it out of the shed out to pressure wash my patio over the weekend. After running for about two minutes it lost most of its power and smelled like something burning. I looked over and it was smoking from inside. I called Dewalt and they put me in touch with a repair center that is an hour away. I called them and they said it may not be covered by warranty because the internal parts are likely not Dewalt brand. If this is true it was a complete waste of money.Original Review:So far, I have been extremely happy with this purchase. It’s actually a little smaller than I expected. But, it’s very well designed and I like how everything fits in a nice compact unit, which is lightweight and rolls very easily. It also has a retractable handle.I live in a coastal area, where everything gets very sandy and moss/mold grows quickly. The first weekend I had it, I pressure washed the siding on the house, rain gutters, patio cover, Trex decking, wood deck and railings, concrete patio and stone walkway (see before and after photos). While not quite as powerful as my gas pressure washer, it did a great job on all of these, and I’m not likely to use the gas unit going forward. This was so much easier to use, and was also much quieter.I also like how all of the nozzles are stored right in the trigger handle, so it’s easy to switch between them, including the soap nozzle. The turbo nozzle also does a great job.
