Headrest:FIrst of all, the headrest is counterproductive. I know this is an ergonomic chair and it's designed to make you sit straight but this feels like it might give me a hunch back. There's also no way I can sit on this for more than 15 mins. When I work, I need to be comfortable enough to work for hours and this just frustrates me while I work.Seat lengthSecondly, I read some reviews about this before purchasing but didn't think it was that big of a deal. But NOPE! I was dead ass wrong! The seat length is way too short!!!!!. It's uncomfortably to short and I'm 5'10. Not sure if it was built like that intentionally or it was just built for a 5'5 person.Everything else is fine, but these 2 reasons break the deal for me!!!! I sold it to someone else as a result

Two thing I would have like to know before I bought1. The chair is comfortable, but if you have a longer torso like I do this headrest is not adjustable and will hit you between the tops of your shoulder blades, not ideal. The only position it works in is if I slouch down and lean back as if I were watching a movie at my desk. I don't believe there is an attachment to fix this issue, so if you are taller than 5'2 you might want to go with a different chair. I'm 6 foot for comparrison, but like I said if you have a longer torso, RIP.2. The casters that comes with the chair are very small. I had never given any thought to the size of caster until I set this chair up. The wheel to floor surface area is so little that the wheels have a hard time turning around and tracking with the floor and the movements of the chair making them drag and not roll smoothly.Both of these things are unfourtunate because I had heard a lot of good things about this chair. But I would not buy again.

A perfect chair for a petite person. It was difficult to find a chair small enough for my height (I am 5’-1”). This chair is very comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

Teleworking due to COVID and had this chair in a previous job. This is the most comfortable work chair I have ever used... and it’s mesh! I have not found another mesh chair that I have ever liked due to being scratchy, too stiff, or funky support so I have typically used leather chairs like lazyboy. This chair can be sat it all day without my back hurting or butt falling asleep.Note: this chair is not ideal for big or tall people. A former coworker that is both couldn’t use this chair. The headrest placement will not be in the correct position for tall folks. The chair is fairly narrow and may be tight for larger folks.
