Great find! But warning
These are a great way to up your salt intake and its pure Himalayan salt. No metals or chemicals. I take them for my pots and they’re great. I will say, take them with a ton of water. I made the mistake of taking them on an empty stomach and felt terrible. I also recommend dumping some out because 1000mg of salt is a lot for one sitting

Didn't really work for me.
I purchased this to hopefully balance my water in my body to get rid of edema. It didn't really do anything for me. It was worth a try though because it was inexpensive.

Himalayan Salt in a Capsule
This is Himalayan Salt already packed in a capsule for convenience.Himalayan Salt is processed less than table salt and the pink color is mineral traces of iron oxide as well as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and copper. Most Himalayan salt is from Pakistan Mines but this product doesn't provide information where salts are from except that it's package in Utah, USA. The ingredient list has a mixture of other sodium and gelatin besides Himalayan salt..I like to control my salt intake and type of salt. I already use Himalayan Salt for cooking so using a capsule worked for me. In reality most salt has no flavor, it's the introduction of the salt to your taste bud that causes a chemical reaction to taste the natural flavor from the food. Taking this before a meal, will bring out the flavors of your food more and it's a controlled 1000mg capsule..

It's ideal for those attentive to their mineral consumption who want an easy-to-take supplement.
The media could not be loaded. Upon first handling the Bucked Up Himalayan Salt capsules, the packaging strikes a balance between simplicity and quality. The white container with its clear labeling and hint of color doesn't scream luxury but does give off a reliable, no-nonsense vibe. It feels sturdy and well-sealed, suggesting the capsules inside are well-protected.The product boasts 1000mg of Himalayan Salt per serving, which is prominently featured on the label, and the fact that one container provides a generous 180 servings. The capsules are claimed to be easy to swallow, which is a practical feature for daily supplementation. They're part of Bucked Up's Essentials line, which is produced in an FDA-registered facility, emphasizing a focus on quality and compliance with manufacturing standards. In terms of user-friendliness, the capsules live up to their claim — they are indeed easy to swallow. The container is also easy to open and close securely, which is a plus for maintaining the product's freshness over time.Performance-wise, as a dietary supplement, it's difficult to gauge immediate effects, but the product delivers on its promise to provide a substantial dosage of Himalayan Salt, which is known for its trace minerals. When compared to other Himalayan Salt supplements, the dosage per capsule is quite competitive, making it a strong contender in the market. However, without knowing the price, it's hard to evaluate the exact value for money. On the positive side, the product's high dosage, large number of servings per container, and the reputation of the Bucked Up brand are significant pluses. The clear labeling and third-party testing are also noteworthy, providing an extra layer of trust and quality assurance. The downsides are minor but could include the lack of immediate, tangible benefits since it's a dietary supplement and results may vary per individual. Furthermore, consumers have to be cautious with the sodium intake, especially those with specific dietary restrictions or health concerns related to sodium.Overall, the Bucked Up Himalayan Salt capsules seem like a solid supplement choice, especially for those looking for a clean and simple way to add trace minerals to their diet. It would be most ideal for individuals who are mindful of their mineral intake and prefer a hassle-free supplement form. I would recommend it, keeping in mind that it's best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

Table salt, individually packaged
This product is just ordinary table salt, packaged in capsules for nutritional consumption. If you require sodium cloride as a nutrient, but do not like salty food, this product is for you. The salt inside capsules is fine-grained and will dissolve quickly. The 2-star rating is driven by rather inflated pricing and limited practical application of the product.

Much more convenient than filling your own capsules
I used to laugh at the idea that people would take a supplement that’s simply salt, but then some years ago, I figured out that some lifelong issues related to salt misuse in my body were causing me unnecessary fatigue. So I made my own salt capsules using empty gelatin capsules and whatever salt we had on hand at the time. It did help (I had a very intensive work position that would have been impacted by the fatigue). But it turns out this is also messy and annoying to do, so the fact that someone else already packaged it up is very convenient for me. And now here I am taking capsules that are probably the same Himalayan salt I have on my spice rack. But I’m no longer sitting here making makeshift funnels out of scrap paper and ending up with salt grains all over my desk/table/counter, which is nice.So far, it seems to work exactly as it did when I packed my own salt capsules, so it’s doing the job. And maybe my husband will no longer tease me for putting amounts of salt on my food that horrify him. :)

Very good for electrolyte balance
Do not take these on an empty stomach. You will feel sick. Make sure you eat or at least have something coating your stomach before taking these.
