I wore it to a 25-minute cycle class, and within minutes, I was already sweating! Honestly, I’m super impressed by how well it works.A couple of things to note: I read that you should size up by one size, but if you’re chesty like me, you might want to go up two sizes. The fit was a little tight across my chest, and while there’s a clasp at the top of the shirt, the zipper doesn’t always stay fully up — I think that’s more about me needing to size up rather than a design flaw.Overall, though, it definitely helped me break a sweat, and I’m excited to keep using it!

I bought a size medium based on my 29” waistline. Well it’s tight around my torso. So tight that my breathing was affected while exercising. Size up is my suggestion! I did however appreciate that it came down to the top of my hips comfortably. No rolling up. I’m 5’1” and 160 lbs.

It makes you sweat good just the arms could be tighter you will never sweat in the arm area that’s how loose it is. But overall it’s good. I’m 5’6” 150lb and got a M and fits good I do wish I would’ve gotten a small. But overall good.
