I have beautiful mid length nails 💅🏾 I can't believe they've been growing so nicely. Well, recently 2 of them cracked, both by the nail bed. I refused to cut all my nails down. I found this fiberglass and thought I'd give it a try. It's awesome!!! I never write a review but I'm writing to help someone who might be on the fence. The key is to seal with nail glue and buff! I saw someone review earlier and was so sad for them bc they thought it didn't work bc it "was rough like you fell asleep in bed with wet nails". They didn't buff it!!! So make sure you put it in, seal w nail glue and get a little buffing block to smooth it down lightly and it will be perfect 👌

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a nail that splits down the middle, and keeps getting caught on things, and ripping. I tried the tea bag thing, which is fine, but it is hard to set and bubbles. This is easy to put on the nail. I keep my nail short, and just cover with clear nail polish and top coat. The perfect nail bandaid!

While in theory the idea makes sense--holding the nail together until it grows out--in practice it doesn't work. The fiberglass cloth-like, self-adhesive nail repair did not hold the nail for even one day. I am guessing that one is supposed to put nail glue over it, but the instructions do not say to do that. There is an extra, added problem in that the nail looks as though the person has slept with wet nail polish that pressed against a sheet. To condense, the nail looked ugly for the one day that it barely held on without ripping. All in all, it was a lose-lose situation.

Got this as an emergency repair on broken nails. Since they came in a roll I needed to trim it to the nail shape, unlike shown in the product pictures, but once trimmed they soon started fraying on the edges. I applied top coat to stick it better which helped a bit, but that would only last a few days. Looks like I will need to reapply as it got worn out and would no longer hold the broken nail.

I have been purchasing fiberglass in larger packages for years (from a local beauty supply shop) I was a very unhappy with.I am so thankful I tried this. The adhesive is not too strong, it stays in place where you place it on the nail. You can place the Fiberglass fabric on all 10 fingers before you Apply whichever product to use to seal it.

These saved my nails until they couldn't anymore. I like to lay them down with nail glue for extra adhesion (though they do stick very well) and then file over them with a buffer pad to ensure they're uniform. Say goodbye to nail chips, breaks, and fractures — this is going to take care of it quick!
